Responsible for the requisition of supplies for OTP on a monthly basis. • Takes inventory of all OTP equipment and furniture and transmits same to the Property Control Inventory sub-section of the General Services office. Ensures that all equipment such as photocopiers and printers are in good working condition and makes necessary arrangements for their prompt repair in case of malfunction. • Point of contact for OTP on all CITS matters. Responsible for the inventory of computer and telecommunications hardware as well as determining requirements of users • Coordinates all OTP vehicle movements and liaises with Transport section on vehicle related matters for OTP. • Assists in providing logistical support for investigative missions, ensuring that equipment required is available and in good working condition. • Assists in day to day activities of the Legal Operations section, is fully cross-trained in other functions of the section and performs any other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: • Completed secondary education or equivalent training in the area of administration • Three to five years relevant experience in administrative work in a large national or international organization • Ability to work with people of different nationalities, religions and cultural backgrounds • Good written and oral communication skills in English • Ability to work under pressure • Good computer skills to include MS office applications and other IT applications. Knowledge in the use of office equipment (printers, fax, scanners, photocopiers). LANGUAGES: Fluency in English.
